- Shipping Policy -

Shipping is free on all orders from Bince Surveying Equipment and for your convenience. We deliver via AusPost, CouriersPlease,Fastway, Toll, TNT, Allied Express and Northline, to anywhere in Australia. Bince Surveying Equipment aims to deliver within 5 working days of your order being placed and most of the major cities could be delivered within 3 business days, however deliveries to WA, far north QLD, NT and remote country areas may take up to 10 business days.

Please note we cannot ship goods to addresses outside of Australia and we do not deliver to P.O boxes.

Upon completion of your purchase, our team will organize for your product to be dispatched as a priority. Generally, we dispatch within 1 business day of ordering and we will notify you via email when your product is dispatched and provide you with the tracking details and invoice. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Bince Surveying Equipment is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
